The Folkestone Leas Lift Company CIO is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and ambitious hospitality operators to deliver an exceptional food and drink offer as part of the reopening of the historic Folkestone Leas Lift in Spring 2027.
Opportunities are available to operate one, two or all three hospitality outlets, including the main Kitchen & Bar, kiosk (upper leas) and container (coastal park), within this nationally significant heritage and visitor destination.
We are looking for an operator with a distinctive hospitality concept, a commitment to quality, and a passion for creating a vibrant destination for residents and visitors.
